M&S Systems, warrants all products to be free of defects caused by material or workmanship for 2 years from the date of manufacture, M&S Systems will repair or replace, at its option, the defective item free of charge.  This warranty extends to the original purchaser of the product and to each subsequent owner of the product during the term of the warranty.

This No-Fault warranty covers only the liability described above and does not include liability for incidental or consequential damages.

NOTE: Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

M&S Systems will not be responsible for any service call charges from the installation or repair company to the owner.  Defective product must be returned to the installing dealer or distributor by the owner.  Transportation/freight charges on products submitted for replacement or repair are the customer's responsibility.  M&S Systems will pay return freight charges.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty applies only to products installed in private residences and light commercial installations.

This warranty does not apply 1) to any product that has been installed or used in violation of any applicable electrical code, 2) to any product installed or used contrary to the owner's manual, installation instructions, or 3) to any product that has been installed with non-M&S Systems brand wire, cable, or wall housings.  M&S Systems wire, cable, and wall housings are uniquely designed and manufactured for use with M&S Systems master units and speakers.  The use of non-M&S Systems brand wire, cable, or wall housings adversely affects the audio quality and voids all product warranties.
