O.B. McCLINTOCK CO. BURGLAR ALARM SYSTEM. . This item has dates on it from 5-17-1920 which is probably when this alarm was installed. The latest inspection date on the alarm is 4-30-41. There are 13 contact points on the top which were probably hooked up to different alarm sensors and switches. The Instructions For Use sheet and the Battery Box Diagram on the inside door are in great shape for their age. The battery boxes are each made to hold 6 batteries. Two of the original batteries are included. On the "Instructions For Operating" sheet inside the door, there is reference to opening a vault door, which leads us to believe this alarm was used in a bank.
