What is meant by this is we will answer limited questions and help you along provided you have read all the manuals that comes with the product as well as the manufactures website. The manufactures manuals and website has all the answers you will need to complete or troubleshoot your installation. We do not make recommendations on products or installations as we cannot see the application or physical environment that they will be used in. Complete telephone technical support was available in the past. It was suspended due to abuse. Abuse meaning hundreds of telephone calls were made to our toll free number to answers questions that were right in the installation manuals.
